About the Artist

Glen Ronald is a Canadian contemporary artist based in Alberta whose work explores the tension between chaos and order, identity, and transformation.

Using layers of abstraction, fluid movement, and emerging figurative imagery, Ronald creates paintings that invite viewers to discover meaning within uncertainty. His work often combines portraits, landscapes, animals, and abstract forms that appear to emerge from and dissolve back into the painted surface.

His paintings have been collected by private collectors, corporations, and institutions across Canada. Through a process that balances intentionality with experimentation, Ronald investigates how meaning, identity, and beauty can emerge from seemingly chaotic beginnings.
